We'll promptly refund your money or replace the item without a quibble or a quarrel. You are responsible for return shipping of the product. Please ship using a carrier that provides tracking numbers and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FEDEX. Blanchard Enterprises cannot be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
